  Everything seemed great from the outside, and the staff were more than happy to take and feed my dog the food that I had prepared. All the staff were lovely to deal with and were very affectionate toward my dog in front of me. However, when I came back three days later:

  - She stunk to high heaven, I had to take her immediately to the dog wash because it was borderline vomit-inducing. She's a greyhound, so she doesn't retain stink much. I certainly didn't bring her in like that, and hadn't previously needed to wash her since summer, when I'd take her to the dog beach and she'd get salty and sandy. I genuinely don't understand how she came out reeking like that.

  Just incredible, Thy had a wonderful time, he looked fit and well and was an exceptionally happy bunny! The staff are incredible and have a genuine love of animals. I love the fact that they encourage the dogs to socialise rather then being stuck in a run /cage by themselves. Thy is booked in for a few more visits in the coming weeks. A professionally run caring kennels, bang next to the airport... the best kennels in northern Tasmania. Thank you guys

  my Friend who does not use the internet asked me to post. They crated her poodle without her consent... they left the place unattended for hours on a public holiday... this was sept 2017. my own experience was terrible and I will never take my 2 dogs back... they wouldn’t accommodate me picking them up after 5.30pm... and the yard is gravel... unsuitable surface for dogs. Would not recommend!

  Professional and genuine pet boarding. My cat has stayed at PNB a few times and is always well cared for. They are accommodating and try hard to povide the best care they can. Thanks so much.

  Boarded our Guinea pig for 12 days. He was well looked after and spoilt by a terrific staff.

  - That night she vomited. I thought this was due to overeating after being stressed and not eating while I was away. The staff had mentioned she didn't eat much. Then the next night she vomited blood. A lot of it. The vet said this was either food poisoning, infection, or a foreign body.

  Like I said, when I dealt with the staff, they were all lovely to me and to my dog in my presence. And it's possible that my dog is an exception. But I won't be going back.

  Whatever it was, it seems it happened on their watch and I'm not thrilled about it. That's a lot of misery for my dog and anxiety for me and a lot of vet fees to pay.
